Dan began his career at West Oak Investments in 2012, as a project manager. Within two years he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, before being named CEO in 2016. Before coming to West Oak, Dan worked with the Ranch Ehrlo Society for six years, where he gained invaluable experience dealing with complex situations and thinking on his feet. Dan thrives in the development field, specializing in finding creative real estate solutions. He is married to Lindsay, his high school sweetheart. They have four children.

Lindsay started at West Oak in 2010. Her skillset and adaptability have landed her in many roles, including Chief Operating Officer and most recently VP of Human Resources. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Commerce degree majoring in Human Resources, both from the University of Saskatchewan.

James joined West Oak in 2021 after serving 10 years as legal counsel for the Hill Group of Companies and Harvard Developments. Prior to that James was a Partner at MLT Aikins. James has an extensive background in all forms of real estate and has transacted over $2 billion worth of real estate

Arthur Bonneau joined West Oak Investments as the Chief Financial Officer in 2016 and continues to serve in that role. Primarily focusing on organization health, financing, deal structure, and investment underwriting, Arthur is also a designated CPA, CA having completed all license requirements in May 2014.

Mike joined West Oak in 2020 as the Construction Manager. He comes from a mechanical background and has been in the construction industry for 25 years. He has also developed a variety of commercial, industrial and heritage real estate throughout Regina since 2011. Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, dirty martinis and long walks on the beach.

Brandi has over 22 years of real estate, property management and administrative experience in commercial, retail and industrial. Brandi takes great pride in her attention to details and the ability to work well with tenants, vendors and owners. She never hesitates to take that extra step.

A highly resourceful and results-oriented team player with a “Can Do” attitude and excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills, Brandi is committed to continuous improvement through positive change, and education.

Jennifer joined the West Oak Investments in November of 2022. She brings with her over 15 years experience in Construction, Real Estate and Property Management Accounting. Jennifer graduated from Athabasca University in 2006 and successfully attained her professional accounting designation in 2010. If she’s not in the office, Jennifer is most likely helping out with costumes and props for her kids’ theatre productions, reading a book or creating a spreadsheet with a good cup of coffee.

Austin assumed the role of Vice President of Investments at West Oak in 2023. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing key functions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and capital raising initiatives.

Before joining West Oak, Austin held roles at Starlight Investments and Triovest. As a part of the capital raising team at Starlight, he played a crucial role in securing over $4 billion in funding for both private and public funds. As part of the acquisitions team at Triovest, Austin gained considerable experience in investment underwriting, development and asset management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School.
