The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete fabrication and assembly of cabinetry from start to finish, ensuring all work aligns precisely with the provided drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and other wood working equipment.
  2. Ability to skillfully cur, assemble and finish cabinetry.
  3. Prior CNC operation experience is an asset.
  4. Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction techniques and processes.
  5. Creative and design forward mindset.
  6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  7. On site finish carpentry skills an asset. (i.e. floating shelves, closet shelves, hanging doors, base, case, customer millwork pieces, etc.)
  8. Team player with strong customer service and collaboration skills.
  9. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
  10. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble, finish and install cabinetry using various tools and materials.
  2. Measure spaces, and provide input for cabinetry layout and design.
  3. Operate CNC machine, hand tools, power tools, and other wood working equipment.
  4. Install cabinetry and hardware, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings. 
  5. Collaborate with construction team, including design specialist, for development and execution of projects.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  7. Include any certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc. with resume.
